STEM Teens Innovate Students Triumph at Fresno County Science and Engineering Fair

The excitement surrounding the STEM Teens Innovate program has reached new heights following the recent Fresno County Science and Engineering Fair. Two standout students from our program emerged as winners, earning prestigious awards and advancing to major competitions at both state and national levels. Their dedication, creativity, and hard work deserve commendation as they prepare for the upcoming California Science and Engineering Fair and Thermo Fisher's Junior Innovator Challenge.

One student captured 1st Place in the Psychology Category and was named the 8th Grade Sweepstakes Runner-Up. This project explored the effects of different background colors on the cognitive learning ability of teenagers.

The other student also secured 1st Place in the Plant Science category.
